Criminal Law Services include, but are not limited to the following:
- DUI/DWI Defense: DMV administrative hearing for temporary license requests, first time or repeat offender assistance, criminal procedure requests including subpoena of law enforcement evidence, subpoena of agencies responsible for analyzing and maintaining the accuracy of blood and breath samples.
- Expungement of Criminal Records: Expungement of criminal records and reduction of felony to a misdemeanor. The expungement and sealing up of criminal records and convictions so that they do not show up on background checks. Services include, but are not limited to dismissal of felony or misdemeanor case, reducing a felony to a misdemeanor, withdrawal of guilty or no contest plea, to having a conviction set aside, or reducing the length of a probation term.
- Post Conviction Relief: Release, appeals, new trial, modification of sentence, arraignment, retrial, custody and release on security.
- Misdemeanor: Misdemeanor defense including petty theft, public intoxication, simple assault, disorderly conduct, trespass vandalism, and reckless driving.
